Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy – Dal Baba

This COD Policy forms a legally binding agreement between the customer (“User”, “You”) and Shri S R Maurya Enterprises operating Dal Baba (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). By selecting Cash on Delivery on https://dalbaba.com, you agree to the following terms.

  1. COD Availability
    COD service is available only on selected PIN codes and order values as determined by the Company.
    We reserve the right to disable COD for any product, location, or customer at our discretion.

  2. Order Verification
    COD orders may require confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp.
    Unverified orders may be automatically cancelled without notice.
    Failure to respond to verification attempts may result in cancellation and restriction of future COD orders.

  3. COD Refusal & RTO (Return To Origin)
    Refusal to accept a shipped COD order is considered a policy violation and financial loss to the Company.
    We reserve the right to:
    Block future COD orders
    Convert future orders to prepaid only
    Cancel all active orders
    Permanently blacklist the customer account and delivery details

  4. High Risk & Repeat Customers
    Customers with previous RTO history, suspicious activity, or multiple cancellations may be restricted to prepaid orders only.
    High value orders may require prepaid payment regardless of COD availability.

  5. Address & Availability Responsibility
    Customer must be available at the delivery address at the time of delivery.
    Incorrect address, unreachable phone, or customer unavailability leading to RTO will result in COD restriction.

  6. Delivery Attempts
    Courier partners attempt delivery 1–3 times.
    Failure to accept delivery within these attempts will mark the order as refused.

  7. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
    Fake orders, prank orders, or misuse of COD facility may lead to:
    Permanent blocking of account
    IP address restriction
    Legal recovery of logistics losses where applicable

  8. Company Rights
    The Company reserves the absolute right to accept or reject any COD order without providing a reason.

  9. Policy Acceptance
    By placing a COD order, the customer confirms acceptance of this policy along with all website policies.
