1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
   Orders may be cancelled only before shipment confirmation.
   Once cancellation is approved, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method within standard processing timelines.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

   Customers must accept delivery and may only request return/replacement as per our Refund & Replacement Policy.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refusal

4. Fake / Fraudulent Orders

5. Address Issues
   Orders with incomplete, incorrect, or unverifiable address/phone details may be cancelled without prior notice.
   Customer is solely responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

6. Bulk Orders & High Value Orders
   We reserve the right to require prepaid payment for bulk or high‑value orders.
   Such orders may be cancelled if verification fails.

7. Company Rights
   The Company holds the absolute right to cancel any order due to:
   Stock unavailability
   Pricing errors
   Technical issues
   Courier serviceability problems
   Risk assessment or security concerns
   In such cases, a full refund will be issued where payment was received.
